Bring a friend for this hands-on cooking class featuring the bounty of summer grilling season. You’ll learn to manage different fuel types (charcoal, gas, wood), perfect sauces, and master dishes like ribs, chicken, and vegetables for a delicious culinary experience. Whether you bring a friend or come alone, you’ll learn essential skills from heat control and rubs to smoking meats. Guests will prepare their own chilled side dishes and be able to hop on the grill with 1:1 time with Chef Zach!
